Delivery times

As soon as we receive your order an email will be sent to advise that your order is in preparation. As you probably already know, your spectacles are very much a bespoke item in terms of your unique prescription and measurements. This means that while a simple pair of single vision lenses, into a full rimmed frame, might only take around 5 to 7 working days to arrive, a more complicated lens, such as a varifocal, could take between 7 to working 14 days to arrive. If you have a complicated prescription or you require varifocal lenses then, on some occasions, we will have to contact you before we start to process your order to verify your prescription. This can sometimes cause a delay if we are unable to contact you, so it is a good idea to fill in the telephone number field when placing your order.

What If my frames need adjusting after I’ve received them?

Occasionally, when we ship our prescription glasses products, some customers find that the frames might need a slight adjustment to get them to sit properly, or they find that the frame feels a little loose. If, in the rare instance, you receive a frame from us and you find that your frame just isn’t sitting correctly or feels too tight/loose, then you can either take them to your local high street Opticians who will only be too glad to adjust them for you, or you can call us on 01252 721735 and let us know exactly what kind of adjustment is needed. Please note:  Many of the major high street opticians uphold an adjustment policy where they won't charge you for adjusting your own frame.
